Every year, we take a short (and well-deserved!) creative break to recharge, dream up new designs, and come back with fresh inspiration ✨
2026 is no exception — and we want to be fully transparent about what this means for your order.
🗓 Our Annual Break Dates
Our team will be on annual leave from January 29, 2026, and we will resume work on February 26, 2026.
⏰ Important Order Cut-Off
All orders placed before:
January 29 at 11:59 PM (Paris time)
➡️ 5:00 PM Eastern Time (US)
➡️ 10:59 PM UK time
…will be processed and fulfilled before we leave.
While our official break starts slightly later, we need a short buffer to carefully wrap up existing orders.
👉 Some orders placed on January 30 may still be processed, but this cannot be guaranteed.
📦 Orders Placed After January 29
All orders placed after January 29 (cut-off time above) will be:
Carefully crafted after we return, starting February 26
Treated as priority orders, as we do every year for the past 5 years
Your jewellery will receive the same level of attention, craftsmanship, and love — just with a slightly later start.
❗ Extended Cancellation Window (Exceptional Measure)
As an exception, our usual cancellation cut-off (midnight on order day) is extended during this period.
➡️ If you place an order between January 30 and February 20,
you may cancel it until February 20 at 11:59 PM (Paris time)
➡️ 5:00 PM Eastern Time (US)
➡️ 10:59 PM UK time
