This year, we have a small change: due to overwhelming demand (a huge thank you!), we've moved our order cut-off time to 9 AM EST on December 5th. We prefer to err on the side of caution rather than risk disappointing you.

So, what does this mean for you?

• If you ordered before December 5th at 9 AM EST: barring any unforeseen issues, you can expect a delightful package before December 23rd. Our jewelry is crafted with love and care, but even elves can encounter small hiccups. Luckily, this affects less than 0.5% of orders. If you haven't heard from us by December 17th, please write to us, and we'll check on it together.
• If you ordered on December 5th after 9 AM EST: we're hopeful your jewelry will arrive in time for Christmas, but we can't guarantee it. You have until 5 PM EST on December 5th to cancel your order by writing to [email protected]m. Don't forget to include your order number.
• If you ordered after December 5th: your order will be processed with the same care and attention. Orders placed between December 6th and 10th might arrive by Christmas, but we can't promise. You have until 5 PM EST on the day of your order to cancel.
