🎁 Important Christmas Cut-Off Date
Due to overwhelming demand (a huge thank you!), we’ve adjusted our Christmas delivery cut-off this year.
➡️ Final cut-off for Christmas delivery:
- December 5th at 6:00 PM ET (3PM PT) for Rose Gold pieces.
- December 7th at 6:00 PM ET (3PM PT) for all other pieces.
(This corresponds to midnight Paris time, where our team is based)
What This Means for Your Order
✅ If you placed your order before December 7th at 6:00 PM EST / 3:00 PM PST
Your order is scheduled to arrive before December 23rd, barring any unforeseen issues.
Our jewellery is handcrafted with care — and although rare, small delays can occur (less than 0.5% of orders). Therefor, do note that the delivered by Christmas is in no way a guarantee.
If you haven’t heard from us by December 17th, please email us and we’ll check together.
⚠️ If you placed your order on December 7th after 6:00 PM EST / 3:00 PM PST
We’re hopeful your piece will arrive in time — especially if your order contains a single Gold-plated or Silver-plated piece without stones, as these ship faster.
However, Christmas delivery cannot be guaranteed.

⭐ If you ordered between December 8th and December 12th
Your order will still be crafted with love and care.
Single-item Gold or Silver plated orders (without stones) often have a good chance of arriving before Christmas. More complex items (birthstones, multiple names, rose gold plating) take longer to produce.
For this range of dates, delivery may arrive in time — but we cannot guarantee it.
Cancellation is possible until: 3:00 PM on the day you placed the order.

Your beautiful piece will still be made with the same attention to detail, but it will not arrive before Christmas. Standard production and delivery times apply.
