Mistyped your address? Chose the wrong product? Already placed your order but need to make a change or cancel it? No worries—we’re here to help!

You have until 5:00 PM US Central Standard Time (CST) on the same day you placed your order to request a modification or cancellation. After this time, we won’t be able to make any changes, as your order will already be in processing.

Requests Are Not Guaranteed:
We will do our best to accommodate your request, but modifications and cancellations are not always possible once the order is in progress. Each request must be reviewed and confirmed by our Customer Experience team before being processed.Exceptions for Weekend Orders:
Orders placed between 6:01 PM on Friday and 04:59 PM CST on Sunday can be modified or canceled until Sunday at 04:59 PM CST.
Exception periods: The three Sundays before Christmas and the Sunday after Black Friday, when we process orders over the weekend, follow the standard 5:00 PM CST cutoff time even on Friday and Saturday.
Why Is This Deadline Important?
While crafting your personalized jewelry takes time, production starts as early as the next business day with the very first step: cutting the design.
Even though later steps—like plating, stone setting, and assembly—take longer, the production process begins quickly. To avoid disrupting this process, we enforce a strict cutoff for modifications and cancellations.
This applies to all types of modifications, including:

✅ Address updates

🚨 Exceptional Cancellations: Refund with Discounted Material Fee
We understand that circumstances change, and while we stick to our policies, we’re happy to accommodate when possible.
If you are outside of the cancellation period but your order has not yet shipped, we can offer a partial refund, deducting only the raw material cost. My Little Necklace will not charge you for the time spent on your jewelry piece.
Here are the discounted refund rates:
- Single-name jewelry (no stone): Refund minus a $5 fee per piece
- Multiple-name jewelry (no stone): Refund minus a $7 fee per piece
- Single-name jewelry (with stone): Refund minus a $6 fee per piece
- Multiple-name jewelry (with stone): Refund minus a $8 fee per piece
🚚 Any shipping cost associated with your order will also be fully refunded.
Why Do We Deduct a Fee?
Even if your order hasn’t shipped yet, our team has already begun production—cutting the metal, polishing, and preparing your custom piece. Since your jewelry is uniquely made for you, the raw materials used cannot be repurposed, and this cost is unfortunately lost.
