At My Little Necklace, we ensure all our packages are shipped with a tracking number, so you can always know where your order is!
Tracking Your Package
Once your package is on its way, our logistics team will send you an email with your tracking number. Simply click on the "Track my package" button in the email to view the status of your order.
My tracking number does not work. What should I do?
If your tracking number doesn’t seem to be working, don’t worry:
- Activation Time: Tracking codes can take 1 to 3 working days (Monday to Friday) to become active after the package has been sent to the carrier. External events such as school holidays, strikes, or pandemics may impact this timeframe.
- Check Again Later: Revisit the tracking link within 3 to 5 days. If it’s still not active, please contact us, and our team will be happy to assist you.
I Haven't Received My Tracking Number by Email
If you haven't received your tracking number by email, here’s what to do:
- Processing Times: First, check our page regarding package processing times and delivery times. Your package may not be ready for shipping yet but will be soon.
- Check Spam Folder: If it’s been more than 10 working days (Monday to Friday) since you placed your order, check your spam folder as the email might be there.
- Contact Us: If you still haven’t received any updates, contact us, and our team will assist you promptly.
