My Little Necklace offers delivery to many countries. However, delivery charges may vary depending on the region.

We currently deliver to the following countries: United States (including Hawaii), Canada, France, UK, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Spain (excluding islands and dominions), Australia, Switzerland, Japan, Austria, Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Latvia, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, India, Mexico.

We are also able to deliver to PO Boxes in the USA.

Exceptions to the above list: Virgin Islands, APO, Channel Islands, French Overseas Departments and Territories, Monaco, Corsica, Canadian PO Boxes.

If you want delivery to a country not on our list, please contact us. We review each request on a case-by-case basis. A minimum order of 150€ is required for delivery to third countries (e.g., Algeria, Turkey, Brazil).

Please note that depending on the country, orders may result in customs fees.

Customs Fees

Depending on the destination country, orders may be subject to customs fees.

It's important to note that all duties and taxes are covered and paid for our customers in Switzerland, the UK, France, the USA, Canada, and the European Union.

For international shipping to other regions, taxes, import duties, and other customs fees are not included in our shipping charges and may vary depending on your region. The total of your paid order does not cover any additional duties required. Prices on our website are listed in local currency or USD.

We recommend contacting your local customs office for accurate and up-to-date information on duties and taxes in your country.

Refusing a Package

If you choose to refuse delivery of your package for any reason, please be aware that fees may apply. If your package is returned to us due to your refusal or non-delivery, shipping and handling fees of 15€ will be deducted from your refund. These fees cover the costs incurred by My Little Necklace to retrieve the package and process it upon return.

We encourage you to accept all deliveries and contact us if you encounter any issues with your order so that we can find a suitable solution.
