How Does Our Refund Policy Work?Updated a year ago

Our rules are pretty straightforward and clear, so you can feel secure with us! You have 30 days after receiving your purchase to consider a refund or exchange. Unfortunately, if this time period has passed, we won't be able to assist you.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It should also be in its original packaging.


There are certain exceptions for items that we cannot accept back, such as gift cards and highly personalized products.


When you return a product to us, please remember to include proof of purchase.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be fully refunded.

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email to confirm its receipt and notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your refund. If it's accepted, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within 2 to 3 business days.

If you haven't received your refund after some time, we advise you to check your bank account again, and then contact your bank. There may be some processing time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and you still haven't received your refund within 8 business days, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Sale items cannot be refunded, except for items with defects or hidden faults, in accordance with the applicable regulation.

If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item, just send us an email at [email protected]m and we will guide you through the process.

If the returned item was a gift when purchased and was sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.

To return a product, you will need to mail it back to the address that our customer service will provide when you request a return. Please send a picture of the postage slip to [email protected] so that we can track your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. These costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it if we had to advance it for you.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
