📅 How Long Do I Have to Request a Refund or Exchange?
You have 30 days from the date you receive your purchase to request a refund or exchange. Unfortunately, we are unable to process returns beyond this period.
📦 Eligibility for a Refund
To qualify for a refund:
✔️ Your item must be unused, non-personalized, and in the same condition as when you received it.
✔️ It must be in its original packaging.
❗ Custom Jewelry Exception:
We offer a wide range of personalizations, and some items are non-refundable due to their unique nature. Highly personalized pieces cannot be refunded unless faulty.
However, under certain conditions, you may return them for an exchange or store credit.
💰 Refunds for Promotional Offers
For items purchased under "Buy 1, Get X Free" or similar promotions:
- Refunds (for defective items) or store credits will be prorated based on the pre-promotion price.
- Example:
If your order includes:- A ring ($34.99 before discount)
- A necklace ($39.99 before discount)
- A pair of earrings ($39.99 before discount)
- And a promotion allows you to get all three for $39.99,
- Your maximum store credit per item would be $13.33 ($39.99 ÷ 3).
❌ What’s NOT Considered a Defect?
We always strive for 100% customer satisfaction, but some situations do not qualify as defects:
🚫 Translation Disputes:
- If you’re unsatisfied with a translation into Arabic, Hebrew, Korean, or Japanese, please note that we provide this service free of charge, but we highly recommend verifying the translation yourself before placing an order.
🚫 Font Preferences:
- If you dislike the font style, keep in mind that all available fonts are displayed on the product page before purchase.
🚫 Customization Accuracy:
- If we followed your customization exactly but you’re unhappy with the result (e.g., you requested "ALEXANDRA" in all caps instead of "Alexandra" and now prefer a different style), this does not qualify as a defect.

🛠 Exchanges for Defective or Damaged Items
If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item, simply email us at [email protected], and we’ll guide you through the process.
🎁 Returning a Gift?
- If your gift was sent directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit equal to the return value.
- If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves and then gave it to you, the refund will be issued to them.
🚚 How to Return a Product

- Please email us a photo of the shipping label so we can track your return.
🚨 Return Shipping Costs
- The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is faulty).
- These costs are non-refundable.
- If we cover the return shipping for you, the cost will be deducted from your refund.
📦 For Returns Over $50:
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure safe delivery.
- We cannot guarantee the receipt of items sent without tracking.
